Hobbs-owner acquires White Stuff in bid to boost brand growth
TFG London’s acquisition of British brand White Stuff added a key menswear and lifestyle label to its lineup as it targeted high street growth. The acquisition was part of its medium-term strategy to expand its brand portfolio, marking its fourth acquisition after Phase Eight, Whistles, and Hobbs. It was funded through TFG London’s recently refinanced debt facility.
Alliance family to acquire N Brown in £191m deal
UK clothing and digital retailer N Brown Group was acquired by Falcon 24 Topco Ltd (Bidco), a newly formed company owned by Joshua Alliance in a cash deal valued at £191m ($248m). N Brown’s independent directors said the cash offer gave the company a chance to get an immediate cash return at a price that was at a significant premium compared to the prior trading price of all its N Brown shares.

Global brand development platform Authentic Brands Group (Authentic) has acquired athleticwear brand Champion with plans to enhance its global presence and drive long-term brand value through strategic partnerships. Authentic said it hopes to shape the future of Champion by honouring its rich heritage while driving innovation and expanding its reach to new markets and consumers.
Bluestar Alliance acquires Off-White from LVMH
French fashion conglomerate Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) has sold luxury fashion company Off-White LLC to New York-based brand management firm Bluestar Alliance. The terms of the transaction between LVMH and Bluestar Alliance were not disclosed. LVMH believes Bluestar Alliance is the perfect partner to carry its legacy forward.
